She'll Build You a Bouquet While You Watch

Heather Florals has been doing flowers for weddings, events, and the occasional Tuesday for years now. The Bloom Bar on October 18 is her idea of a show: a live flower-building station on the North Patio, right at the edge of the dance floor.

How It Works

The concept is simple. She brings the flowers, the greenery, the shears, and the wire. You watch — or you ask a question about what she's building — and she puts together an arrangement in real time. Fresh-cut, seasonal, finished while you're standing there.

It's not a demo. The flowers are real and they're for sale.
