West Georgia's Wedding Community

West Georgia starts at the Coosa River at Rome and runs south through the Chattahoochee Valley to Columbus. College towns, historic downtown squares, antebellum estates, farm properties with river access. The vendors who work this market are good. That has not always been easy to prove, because national wedding media has not spent much time on the stretch between Rome and Columbus.

Rome has three rivers and hills that turn in October. Carrollton has Adamson Square and the University of West Georgia. Newnan has Courthouse Square and the estate venues that make photographers want to work here. LaGrange has Callaway Gardens twenty minutes out and Hills and Dales Estate inside the city. Columbus has the Chattahoochee riverfront, Fort Moore, and a wedding market bigger than most people expect.

The Aisle covers West Georgia because the couples here deserve the same access to good vendors that any major metro gets. The vendors are here. They have just not always been easy to find.
